KIMA success story
The Konzept-i individuelle Inklusion GmbH, a provider of integration assistance services for people with disabilities, was faced with the task of optimising its resource planning and billing.
The previous use of Excel spreadsheets for time recording and client appointments led to confusion and increased billing costs as the company grew.
In order to solve these challenges, we developed Konzept-i two power apps that bundle all functions in a centralised and automated solution. The app enables the management of client and employee contracts, holiday requests and approvals, expenses and the planning, recording and documentation of appointments.
